Committee on Social Policy and Labour recommends that the Verkhovna Rada adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Labour Laws of Ukraine (regarding the Working Day (Shift) Term) as a Basis

The bill (Reg. No4682-д) envisages amending the clause 61 of the Code of Labour Laws of Ukraine by the following principle: length of every day work (shift) in general calculation of the working hours can not be more than 12 hours.

The Committee members deem the adoption of bill facilitates the improvement of the effective legislation in the labour sphere.
